Summary:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations In-Country Analyst diligently ensures smooth and efficient processing of all aspects of recruitment administration for an optimal candidate experience. This includes status changes, testing administration, interview logistics, event coordination, offer letter management, and on-boarding planning. S/he provides strategic support to the Talent Acquisition team by consulting on the process and compliance, and, when necessary, partners with Human Resource functional areas and vendors to successfully meet client talent objectives. This person reports to the TA Operations Manager for the respective region, business unit, and/or location.
Analyst: Responsibilities for the Operations Analyst include, but are not limited to, candidate, client and offer management of high volume or high frequency roles.
Responsibility Areas:
- Vendor Invoicing
- Raising POs
- Creating Vendor Agreements
- Maintaing Vendor Database
- Working with Finance Team to process bills
- Referral Payout Tracker
- Other activities related to Finance & Talent Acquisition Team
Required:
- 1-2 years Accounts Payable/ Finance Experience
- Knowledge of Recruitment Cycle- Background Check
- Advance knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor's Degree- B.com or PGD (Post Graduate Diploma) in related area
- Fluency in both English and regional languages required to interact with candidates via email and phone.
- Minimum 1 Accounts Payable/ Finance Experience.
■ Strong customer service orientation
■ Basic administrative skills (typing, reporting, document and office organization, calendar management)
■ Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Office suite preferred
■ Excellent oral and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
■ Knowledge and experience of recruiting practices and candidate process management preferred
■ Knowledge of Taleo, JobPartner, or similar applicant tracking system preferred
■ Able to adapt to changing business priorities and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
■ Highly self-motivated and directed
■ Keen attention to detail
■ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Cross cultural competence a plus.
Specialist (in addition to items above)
■ Proven knowledge and experience of recruiting practices and candidate process management
■ Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo or JobPartner
■ Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite preferred
Work Conditions:
■ Occasional early morning/evening and weekend work to meet deadlines and interact with counterparts in different time zones.
■ Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time.
