Job Description 

1.Experience in Java, J2EE Design and Design Patterns along with development experience including EJB/MDB, preferrably with Banking domain experience
2. Experience with any one of Application Servers - Weblogic / Websphere

3.  Interfacing from Java, J2EE applications. Code, Design review and  minimum 2 years of experiemce in Databases
4. Exposure to performance tuning and appserver clustering is desirable
5. Team leading experience required
