Experience in managing/troubleshooting network devices such as switches, routers and firewalls.

Experience configuration, implementation and support of VPN networks, IPS/IDS configuration.


Experience managing/troubleshooting server systems (hardware, OS, security, and group policies), including: Windows 2003/2008, Exchange 2007/2010, and Windows Terminal Services, as well as network protocols, DHCP, DNS, WINS, VPN/Remote Access.

Experiences with enterprise scale security solutions including anti-virus and anti-SPAM

Should be aware of performance tuning, backup and recovery, space management, user management, security and syslog.

Product -oriented certificates such asCCNA, CCNP, MCSE/MCITP are desirable.

MSCE/Redhat/CCNA certification can add value
