Job Description 

Technical Program Manager at Yahoo is expected to drive cross functional teams towards a Product delivery. He is involved from conception to the launch of product. He will work with various disparate and

dispersed teams to plan and execute programs. Other duties include communication to various stakeholders, conflict resolution and issue tracking.

This is an Individual contributor role.

Should have

• 10+ Experience in Software Industry, 5+ in Program Management
• Experience in Product Release Life cycle
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good at setting expectations, relationship management and conflict resolution
• Experience in Planning, estimation and risk management, change management
• Versed with various software development methodologies
• A process driven approach towards the tasks
• Should be able to Handle extreme pressure and tough projects, Manage ambiguity & lack of clarity (in requirements, scope etc.)
• Worked with multi-site, cross functional teams
