Job Description 

Designation: Production Manager

Experience: 10– 12 years

Education : BE/B.Tech- Electronics & communication

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Note: Candidate should have minimum 3-4  yrs of experience in Production in Electronic Component manufacturing industry.

Minimum 10 to 12 years experience in Production, out of which min. 3-5 years in Managerial capacity.

Any specific chip & wire background preferred

PERSONALITY / SKILLS   

   

• Leadership and Man management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and Problem solving skills.
• Able to select, train and motivate constructively.
• Ability to think on Short, Medium and long-term requirements.
• Hands on experience in production
• Ability to handle a large team of production consisting Sr./Engineers, Technicians and Utility personnel.
• Considerable previous Managerial experience, in Production / Manufacturing, Product development and Quality department. 

FUNCTIONS   

• Meeting Sales requirements with regards to Quantity, Quality and Delivery requirements.
• Responsible for safety of Men, Material and Machines.
• Short term and Medium term planning and budgeting and meeting company goals and objectives in manufacturing operations.
• Support to New Product development and Production.
• Company wide 5-S program and TEI activities.
• Development and Implementation of Systems for smooth functioning of the HMC and Chip & Wire and Utilities.
• Cost reduction by means of improved productivity and effective utilization of available resources.
