Job Description 

Our client, a  1500 crore GOURP of  listed companies into IRON and Steel for the last 20 + years is expanding at an alarming pace and will soon be a Group worth 6,000 to 8,000 crores. 

urgently require:

Plant Head (GM Level) for a Plant at VIRAR - Thane Distt

CTC:   Rs.  12 to 18  Lacs

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE

8  - 15   or more yrs exp.

QUALIFIED  MECH. ENGR

Though it is a thoroughly a professionally managed company with 15 CAs on the pay rolls and more than 20 MBAs in Fin and/Mktgs with high salary packages  yet company is having its presence / plants in Rajasthan and dealing with many suppliers / traders from Rajasthan.  Moreover,  there are workers and staff speaks Marwari Language.

The candidate should therefore  be able to speak and understand Marwari Language  - it is however not mendatory to be a Marwari
