Job Description 

Customer service handling inbound and outbound calling

Handling Client calls and complaints

Tracking and tracing of shipments

Query resolution of client queries

No sales targets

Reporting to CS Manager

Experience of min 6months to 3yrs in Courier industry in customer service/voice process

Day shift only

Salary 10,000 - 12000 CTC

Location: MIDC,Andheri

Job duration:1 yr

Time shifts: 9am-6pm

Any graduate/HSC with good communication skills in English

Profile of candidate:
Good interpersonal skills
Polite and well mannered
